SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Order Cut-off Time: 23:00 pm (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

We typically ship Monday-Friday and process orders within 5-7 business days (except holidays and weekends). Occasionally, and especially during sales, order processing can take longer.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIME & PRICING

- Shipping fee:

US Shipping: Shipping fee will be 5.99 for order below $100 and free shipping for order over $100

International Shipping: Shipping fee will be 7.99 for order below $100 and free shipping for order over $100

- Shipping time: Normally, item will take time to produce so:

Total shipping time = Producing time + Delivery time

- US Shipping: Normally, delivery time will be 10-15 business day (weekend and holidays excluded).

- International Shipping: Delivery time will be 15-25 business day (weekend and holidays excluded).

Delivery time may take 2-3 days longer in Christmas and New Year due to overload so please be patient. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. After 5-7 days of order-progress, an email with tracking number will be sent to your email so you can track your order.
If you don't receive email with tracking number, please contact to us via support@apricez.com

HOW DO WE SHIP

Parcel - Your shipment will arrive via USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery.

PARTIAL DELIVERY

We make every effort to ship your items together. However, when you have more than 1 item in your order, in some case, we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments because we have to ship your order from many vendors.
Common reasons for dividing an order are:
- Item availability.
 -Shipping from different fulfillment centers.
- Shipping direct from the vendor.
Please note: when we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional fee. We simply divide the shipping cost provided at checkout across the multiple shipments when your order is charged.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We are not responsible for delays and/or lost merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses if they were submitted incorrectly by the customer, or changes of address after the order was placed.
We always do our best to accommodate corrections, but you may need to pay for additional shipping and handling if your order has to be shipped more than once.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum.
If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us within 30 days of dispatch.
If you do not contact us within this timeframe we will be unable to investigate further and no refund or replacement will be offered.
